Justin is a high-performing telecommunications professional with 16 years of experience. He is a visionary, entrepreneurial, and tactical leader converging the foundations of telecommunications with innovative ideas and solutions to further the sustainability and growth of the industry. Justin founded Ridgeline Telecom on the idea that honesty, commitment, and reliability should be at the forefront of our daily operations, and with a mission to provide the highest quality services with our clients’ best interests in mind. Leveraging his Outside Plant Engineering and Program Management experience, he designed and implemented a proprietary internal project management system allowing Ridgeline to accomplish large-scale projects while focusing on agility and evolution.

Adam Fisher

Program Manager

Adam is a legacy member of the Ridgeline team and brings 10 years of telecom industry experience where he started as an OSP Engineer. His expertise spans the breadth and history of our company with routine and specific core, 5G and ODN networks; including but not limited to conduit designs, copper/fiber cable designs, BAU/FTTP fiber optic designs, and low/high bandwidth circuits. As a program manager, Adam is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple projects directed toward strategic business to encompass new and enhanced technology; identification of potential crises and contingency plan management. In addition to his technical and engineering support of our clients, his passion is in mentorship and training of new and existing employees to encourage best practices in alignment with company vision and objectives.
